SESSION

PARANORMAL LEADERSHIP – LESSONS FROM THE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE

Wednesday's "Super Session" is included with your full Conference registration or may be purchased as a Day Pass for Wednesday attendance

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Have you witnessed mysterious supervisor office doors closing, unexplained disappearances of supervisors, or supervisors that seem to appear only when bad things are about to happen, and then never to be seen again?

Have you ever been visited by the memories of the ghosts of supervisor’s past?  Do you remember the ones you used to like, respect and wanted to be like?  This class will uncover and delve into the sometimes unnecessarily scary world of leadership. We all know people that are in leadership positions for the wrong reasons, maybe a CTO that really shouldn’t train, or a supervisor who should never have been promoted?  How about those that just don't have all of the necessary skills to even be in a leadership position, we all do & that’s why we'll provide some real-life suggestions and guidance, to become the leader you always wanted to be.  Throughout this class we’ll explore supervisors of past, present and future to see what we can learn from each of them.

This fun, fast and interactive class will allow you to evaluate your leadership skills and abilities. We will also demonstrate the power of mentorship and the seldom used “reverse-mentorship”.  By unleashing the power of transformative mentorship, you can change someone’s life—and that can change the world.  We will ask the important question of, “who believed in you”, and more importantly, ask you to take the time to thank those who believed in you.  Real leaders can inspire success, commitment, and loyalty by being appreciative.  Appreciation is one of the most powerful, yet overlooked, aspects of successfully motivating and empowering people and teams.
