Reservations for non-TENA members will open June 8, 2021, at 9:00 am (CT) / 10:00 am (ET)
Any reservation forms sent prior to the 9:00 am (CT) start time on Wednesday, June 1st will not be honored.
This year all room requests will be made via a digital form which can be accessed by clicking on HOTEL RESERVATION REQUEST form
A separate HOTEL RESERVATION REQUEST form must be submitted for each room.
TENA Conference group rate hotel rooms cannot be reserved through the hotel, via telephone nor online.
A reservation confirmation or waitlist confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the HOTEL RESERVATION REQUEST form. Any room requests that cannot be completed at the time of receipt will be added to the waitlist, in the order that they are received.
Cancellations must be submitted to Shauna Atchison via email to TENAHotelRegister@gmail.com no later than TUESDAY, AUGUST 16th @ 5:00 pm (CT)

BELOW ARE SOME QUESTIONS RECEIVED REGARDING THE HOTEL RESERVATION PROCESS
1. Do you have to have an individual email address for each reservation?
No, you do not have to use individual email addresses for each reservation. The reservation confirmation email will be submitted to the email address listed on each form. i.e. If four reservation forms are submitted using the same email address, four confirmation emails will be sent to the one email address, as provided on each reservation form.
2. If someone sends an email at 8:57 am, will there be some kind of message sent back to them letting them know reservations have not opened yet or how will they know to resubmit?
A reply email will be sent to notify you that reservations will not be accepted until 9 am (ET). I CANNOT GUARANTEE THE RESPONSE TIME FOR DELIVERY OF THE REPLY EMAIL. I cannot control the amount of time needed for your email server to deliver the reply email to your inbox.
