 Tee Times will begin at 7:45 A.M.

The Entry Fee will be $75.00/person

range balls, cart, green fees,

breakfast, boxed lunch, and 3 drink tickets

This year's Tourney is CAPPED AT 10 TEAMS ... so act quickly

You may submit your registration as a foursome or as an individual.

If you have already selected your partners, please send in one form and

the entry fee for all four players.  

If you do not have your foursome selected already,

we will pair you with someone.

In honor of our 40th Anniversary, TENA will be making a special announcement

and unveiling the new tournament logo at this year's Tourney.
