The Hamblen Co. ECD is in the process of acquiring a new facility for our public safety answering point (PSAP) and dispatching operations.
It is the intent of these specifications to describe a new 75-foot freestanding communications tower. The project site is located at the Hamblen Co. ECD property; however, at the time of installation, this location will still be an operational health department
This project will be a turnkey job.
