Message from TENA President, Matthew Brown

After much deliberation, many conversations, and many considerations we have decided to cancel the 2020 TENA Conference. Please know this was not an easy decision for us to make, but it was a decision which had to be made now.


The TENA Board came together and worked through this decision-making process together and many options were discussed. With the uncertainty of COVID-19, the possibility of social distancing restrictions of some form still being in place, the possibility of travel restrictions or limited travel, the possibility of a second round of COVID-19 and NENA scheduling their conference to start the day after ours we felt this was the best decision at this time. \\


We are looking into ways to have some virtual training sessions during what would have been conference week, and possibly throughout the month of September. This is now in the early discussion phase but know we as a Board and the conference committees are exploring all options for you our membership.

The TENA Board has decided to proceed with a 

VIRTUAL Education Conference & Industry Partner Show

in place of the traditional in-person conference.

The dates will be 

Monday, Sep. 14 - Thursday, Sep. 17, 2020.

with a Super Session; the Annual Membership Meeting;

Officers Installation and Awards Ceremony

being held on Thursday, Sep. 17

We will be hosting 5 Educational tracks with Subject Matter Experts

presenting in each track.  

There will be one (1) session per track each day and the tracks include;

1) Frontline Professionals

2) Leadership & Management

3) Professional Development

4) Roundtable Discussion

5) Technology

We will also have a Virtual Vendor Hall where our Partners will be available to discuss and demonstrate their products.
